Gymform Plus Review

The Gymform Plus falls under the same category as other review items like the Velform Sauna Belt, Ab Energizer and other electro-muscular abdominal exerciser products. If you have read our reviews on the Velform Sauna Belt, Ab Energizer and others then you are all ready aware that we are not a fan of these types of exercisers. Our biggest beef with these types of products is that they promise miraculous gains with minimum effort from you. There is no such thing as a magic pill and any product that promotes great achievements with no effort from you is only giving you false promises.

60 pounds down

If you think you have to use a bunch of diet pills or have surgery to lose weight then I think you will find the picture to the right really motivating. Permanent and successful weight loss can be achieved by diet and exercise alone.

There is no such thing as a magic pill or gimmick that will melt the fat away. Some programs offer short term success while over time fails miserably. The real secret to weight loss is determination and dedication to stick with a diet and exercise program that has been tailored to your body.

Checkout Live4Fitness.com to follow Karen as she continues on her weight loss journey.

Increase Your Metabolism - site move

I've decided to move my Increase Your Metabolism site to a new domain. The site has been sitting on a sub-domain but unfortunately the domain name really is too long for people to remember and the new name is better for the SE's (Search Engines).

For those not familiar with the site my wife decided to lose some weight last year (Thanksgiving week to be exact). To date she has lost 55 pounds using the technique outlined on my site. Her results are really good since see went through a 12 - 16 week period this summer where she just maintained her weight (I tore a pec and had to have surgery but that is another story).

I'm going to setup a site or blog for my wife where she can share her dieting experiences in the near future. However for the time being you can view our dieting techniques at http://www.metabolism-tricks.com/. There is also an ebook on the site, Burn the Fat, that I recommend that will help everyone learn more about how they can increase their metabolism. I'll also do an detailed book review on this book in the near future but it is nice to see someone else there with the same dieting techniques.

Wishing you and yours all the best in health.

Gerald
