The Suite Life of Zack and Cody
Perhaps most significant, though, was her starring role in the 2000 Disney Channel Original Movie, The Ultimate Christmas Present. The project would be the first of four movies (so far) for the network to come her way. Get a Clue with Lindsay Lohan arrived in 2002, as did another theatrical credit in 20th Century Fox's Like Mike. In 2004, Song starred in Stuck in the Suburbs and began a recurring role on "Phil of the Future." It was in the following year, though, that Song was chosen for the role that is her biggest claim to fame, that of London Tipton in "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody." The Disney Channel original series, which follows the adventures of Zack and Cody Martin, young brothers living inside a hotel owned by the Tipton family, quickly became one of the network's most popular.

Tips to Link Popularity
While most engines simply counted the number of inbound links, Google modified it still further. Since each inbound link comes comes from a page (linking page) which itself has inbound links. If the linking page has more inbound links, then that page is more important and therefore, the link to the page that it inturn directs should also be more important. So Google gives more weightage to inbound links from important pages than it does to inbound links from lesser pages. They call the idea "PageRank". Thus the whole idea is to have a good number of inbound links and preferably from important pages i.e. pages themselves with medium to high PageRank values.
Some ways of increasing the inbound links:
Directories:
Directories usually provide direct or one-way links to websites, although some require a reciprocal link. Those Directories that insist on reciprocal links, aren't really trying to be useful directories. Submitting to directories for listing is often time-consuming and elaborate, though there are a number of cheap directory submitting services that do a very good job.
Link Exchange Programs:
There are a lot of mutual link exchange programs online. They offer free editor-based and categorized directory of quality websites that actively swap links with other relevant sites like of that yours. This is also called as reciprocal linking or link exchange. For example, www.LinkPartners.com is one such site which helps you locate a categorized directory of websites that also want to exchange links similar to your site content.
Never sign up with "Free for All" backlinks exchange sites because they are mostly email address gatherers and you can expect a sudden increase in email spam soon after you sign up. Tie up with only those sites where you can approach them personally.
Avoid Link farms, such as LinksToYou.com. Though they sound excellent for building up backlinks and PageRank, Google disapprove of them as blatant attempts to manipulate the rankings and they will penalize sites that use them. Once your site has been blacklisted, it is very difficult to get the penalty lifted, so avoid all link farms.

The Dish: Nike Campaign Dumber Than Life
Deion Sanders and some blonde model have a son. That son plays high school football. On a team with Brian Urlacher, Michael Vick, LaDainian Tomlinson, Troy Polamalu and Matt Leinart. On a team coached by Don Shula.
And this team gets ready for a big game. Against another high school football team. And the game is extraordinarily close, even though one team has Brian Urlacher, Michael Vick, LaDainian Tomlinson, Troy Polamalu and Matt Leinart, and the other team has skinny, pimply high school dorks. And then, as time winds down, Shula naturally calls a trick play in which Vick gets the ball to Tomlinson, who in turn fires a pass downfield. To the skinny son of Deion Sanders and the blonde model. Because, well, obviously in crucial situations you need to go to your best weapon.
Yes, Nike has truly outdone themselves. I have officially forgotten all about Mars Blackmon and Michael Jordan.
Throw out expectations, throw out biases: Who was the best team you saw play in the NFL during Week 1? Who was the worst?
BoDog Bookmakers, BoDog.com: Was it that Chicago was too good or was Green Bay just that bad? The best in Week 1 pretty much faced the worst in this NFC North duel. A dominating defensive performance and a decent amount of points boosted Da Bears. Favre, on the other hand, threw up 170 yards with two INTs. Good thing Something About Mary 2 is filming next fall. I know, that's a bit harsh against a future Hall-of-Famer, but the worst mistake a legend can make is not hanging up the cleats in time. On a side note, Baltimore looked surprisingly good in Week 1 as well.
How did the betting public do in Week 1? Did they have their money on the big "names" like New England, Carolina, Seattle and Dallas? Did that make it a huge weekend for the books?
BDB, BoDog.com: A lot of money came down on big-name teams in Week 1, but there were some surprises as well. Not a lot of bettors thought Pittsburgh could pull of the cover with Big Ben out of the picture, and Carolina didn't get that much respect against the Falcons. Although some of the big public teams lost, there were some very big wins for bettors, as well as on talented teams such as Cincinnati, Indy and Philadelphia.
Do you have a favorite matchup heading into Week 2? Can you tell us why?
BDB, BoDog.com: Week 2 is shaping up to be great with a lot of solid matchups. Two battles that stand out are Seattle vs. Arizona and Pittsburgh vs.Jacksonville. In the first matchup, both the Cards and the 'Hawks won in Week 1, but neither looked stellar. This is a chance for one or the other to get things rolling. A win for the Cards would be huge and prove that all the hype is warranted; while the Hawks could have some worries if they don't show they are as dominant as last season. In the second matchup, we will get another chance to see the Super Bowl champs prove they have what it takes to win back-to-back titles as they face an extremely tough Jacksonville side. It will be a great atmosphere in Florida on Monday night as the Jags seek to knock off the champs.
How did the betting public do on the Ohio State at Texas college football game last Saturday? It was really kind of a blowout, and Ohio State covered easily. Was that good for you guys? Do you think OSU can be beaten this season?
BDB, BoDog.com: The Ohio State game was great for the bettors, but stung pretty bad for the books. The only good part about the blowout for us was that it killed some teasers. OSU definitely looked good as a #1, but I don't think anybody still believes Texas is the #2. We'll see how they fare in the marquee matchups to come.

Benefits Of Web Directories
TYPES OF DIRECTORIES
General
This directory basically consist of many categories divided into smaller categories and will include a variety of different website e.g. business, computers, health, etc. These directories can become quite large with the continual growth of categories and sites added.
Niche
These directories are also known as specialty directories in which they specialize or cater to one category of products and services or themes. These directories are quite useful less overwhelming than the vast content of a general directory.
Paid
A fee is charged for reviewing the submitted website, there is no guarantee of your site being approved and usually there is a no-refund policy (there are a few exceptions to this rule). Some others will simply include your site once the fee is paid, many webmaster prefer this method because of it's fast inclusion.
Reciprocal
There is a mutual linkage between two websites in order to ensure mutual traffic, the site submitting must place a link from their site before approval or inclusion. Please note this does not guarantee inclusion, beware of unscrupulous sites that approve your site then shortly thereafter remove your link.
Free
As the name implies these directories are free and do not require a link back, sometime these sites do get backed up, the higher the page rank, the more popular the directory is, so submission and approval periods may be long, but these free directories are by far the best in my opinion, unless your have the means of paying for your site submission.
Basically the benefits of any web directory is to provide your site with incoming links or reciprocal links a combination of the two links would be ideal in getting your site moved up in page rank. Getting your site indexed by spiders and search engines Bring targeted traffic to your website because visitors would already have an idea of what your site is about. Get higher ranking for targeted keywords. Help contribute to an increase in page rank.
Is the page rank of the directory you are submitting to important?
Well I will have to say, yes, but this must not be the only factor in your decision to use that directory, for instance a directory may have a low rank because its new, every website at one time or the other started off with a 0 page rank, if we were all to spurn a site because of a 0 PR then we'd all be out of business. Ultimately the decision is yours but a site should be judged by the quality of the sites it contains, back links and content.
Check Directories For
No Follow - there is a "no follow" tag associated with the link, meaning search engines will not follow the link.
Uses Redirects
Uses unscrupulous reciprocal methods- removing sites shortly after approving them to boost their own incoming links
Links embedded in JavaScript and other codes that search engines can't follow.
Submitting to web directories is not the only means of promoting your site or building back links but it is a very important one.

The Benefits of a Real Estate Directory to Visitors
One of today’s most popular ‘search engines’ started life as a directory – and still is. Yahoo! has one of the most comprehensive directories of web sites online. But when you’re looking for specific information, especially regional information, it pays to turn to a specialty directory to help you find what you want. An online real estate directory is the best place to turn when you’re looking for a information about buying, selling, inspecting and improving property.
What is a real estate directory?
Like most web directories, a real estate directory is a listing of web sites indexed and organized to make things easier to find. Depending on the real estate directory, the listings available will be indexed according to region, agent, type of property or price – and often all of the above. Other sections will be clearly labeled as well – a comprehensive real estate directory offers more than just properties for sale. You’ll find listings for appraisers, inspectors, home improvement sites, contractors – almost anything that has to do with real estate.
Why a real estate directory?
Unlike a single realtor site, a real estate directory will cover listings from many different sources, which gives you the widest possible variety of listings to search through. A trip through a real estate directory will give you a good feel for the general market conditions in the region where you plan to buy – and make it easier for you to find a realtor who is listing the properties that you want to buy. After all, why deal with a realtor who specializes in luxury condos when you’re looking for a two-bedroom bungalow on the lake?
While traditional search engines are a good place to start looking for home listings, you’ll often have to drill down through several pages to get past the listings for home mortgage companies, a few dozen single realtors, several realty listing sites that only lead to more realty listing sites – in other words, all the flotsam that floats to the top of the search engines. By going directly to a real estate directory, you’ll cut out the sifting through pages of unrelated info and get straight to what you’re looking for – an indexed directory of current real estate listings that makes it easy to find the homes you want to buy.
Finally, the best real estate directory doesn’t stop with providing listings of homes for sale like many realtor sites do. You’ll find listings for web sites that tell you how to prepare your home for sale, how to put your home on the market, which home improvements offer the most ROI (return on investment, of course), mortgage and loan companies and so much more.

Tips for Buying a Cell Phone
There are so many sleek and impressive looking cell phones on the market these days that it's hard to resist the temptation to buy one. There is perhaps very little in the world of modern technology that now rivals the prevalence of the cell phone. Just imagine -- it can help you communicate with practically anyone at practically any time. Plus, you look good doing it, too.
Today's cell phones are so much more than means to communicate. You can use your cell phone as a personal planner, check on breaking news on the internet, send email, take photos, take videos, play games, send text messages and even dial numbers by through mere sound of your voice. Of course, having a phone with all this is not cheap, so it's important to determine just exactly what we need our cell phones to do.
The first choice is almost always dependent on our preference for a wireless service provider. The key items here are the kind of coverage it offers and the type of monthly service plan it has in your location. Once done, you will then have to select from the wide array of phones that your service provider has to offer.
Next, you have to think of the phone's features. If you're a world traveler, then you need a phone with global wireless standard. You will probably need a dual-mode phone that can communicate in both digital and analog. These are much more dependable for globetrotters than single-mode models, especially if you will be going to isolated places or rural areas where digital service may be nonexistent.
The next decision you will make is probably the most fun one: design. Do you want one of those phones that are designed like a clamshell and just flip open? Or are you more inclined towards those that look like candybars and don't flip open? For convenience, flip phones are tougher to use, especially if the base is lighter than the cover. Would you like a phone with a dual screen, the one with a small LCD on the cover as well as an internal display? The main considerations are that the phone should be easy to use, comfortable to your ear and made of a design that reflects your personal tastes.
Finally, you will want to decide on special features. What do you want your cell phone to do? Oftentimes, this consideration is tied in to how much we are prepared to spend, so it's not that difficult a decision after all.
