Web Designing

I've spent a lot of time working on my site this past weekend. I finally figured out how to send form information to the person entering the information, now I just need to add the info to my database. To check out my site, just click on the image below.

What I'm Reading

Now, I'm learning PHP and MySQL. I have an excellent book, by Larry Ullman, that I am currently working through. There are great examples of forms and things like that, that can be done with PHP. I especially like the includes that you can create, for example for the header and footer of your web site, and then just type in one or two lines of code to have the same thing on all your pages. Pretty cool...

ABC's World News Tonight

Our family will be part of a foster care/adoption series on ABC, starting on this Thursday. Our segment is about adoption photolistings. What I'm Drinking

I've seen people post about what they are reading or listening to, and in fact I have also done that. But today's post is about what I am drinking. I am a regular at the Jerona Cafe here in Cottonwood, and I stop by for a coffee and to write my blogs about once a week. Today, I am drinking the fair trade dark roast. I added some french vanilla creamer for some additional flavor, and it is currently getting cold as I write away. Come on in and join me. The weather is great!
