I recently purchased a USB Data Cable for my Nokia phone. A data cable arrived promptly at my doorstep. The problem was that the data cable was NOT the cable that was shown on the website (NOT what I had ordered). I have twice emailed the customer service/support contact listed on Wirester's website and have repeatedly tried to contact customer service by phone. The contact phone number listed on Wirester's website has continuously been busy (I've called multiple times on various days) and I have not gotten any response from my email communications to customer service. Had Wirestar shipped the appropriate item, I would have been happy with their service. Instead I'm currently stuck with a cable I didn't order and I've lost the money I spent on the product. In my case, it was a mistake to order a product from Wirestar. ...
